Health & Safety Precautions:
We are intentionally hosting our event outdoors to adhere to social distancing and safety protocols during this time. The health and safety of our Team & Family and guests is of the utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have partnered with the City of Houston, Rice University, and our KIPP medical team to ensure we have appropriate safety measures in place as we Rise Together to celebrate our students. To learn more about the precautions that will be in place for the event, please click here. Please note that while our safety guidelines may be updated as we get closer to the event, we do not plan on removing any of the current guidelines we have in place.
For seating, we will be setting up rectangular tables socially distanced style between households. For example, for tables of 10 those 10 people will be spread across 5 tables that are near each other but still provides 6 feet of distance between each couple and/or individual. You can picture this like two six-feet long rectangular tables connected together – one couple at one end of the two tables and another couple at the other end of the two tables. We will gladly sit anyone from the same household/family closer together if their household is more than two.
