Policy & Process

This policy applies to all current and former employees.

  • The Process:  Upon receipt of a report, the Human Resources department will review the allegations to determine if they constitute misconduct as defined by district policy.
  • Accountability:
    • *Anti-Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone involved in the reporting process is strictly prohibited and a violation of district policy.
    • Integrity: Please note that intentionally making false claims or refusing to cooperate with an investigation may result in disciplinary action.
