KIPP Texas Families,
We’re excited to invite you to our required KIPP Texas Back-to-School Bashes on August 4 or 5! These events will occur at our schools in all four KIPP Texas regions: Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio. School Leaders (or principals) and their teams will be on hand to greet families, offering a chance to visit classrooms and meet your students’ new teachers. You can also visit various stations with essential information to ensure your Little KIPPster is prepared for the first day of school on Monday, August 11, 2025.
Attendance is required to help set your student up for success from day one. We can’t wait to see you there!
Stations include:
- Station 1: Essential Info
- Station 2: Paperwork & Required Documents
- Station 3: Special Education and Emergent Bilinguals
*LPAC Testing must be scheduled with the attendee’s parents
*ARD meetings to be scheduled
- Station 4: Nurse & Immunizations
- Station 5: School-Based Mental Health
- Station 6: Transportation
- Station 7: Family Communication & Involvement
- Station 8: Schedule Pick Up (MS/HS/Secondary)
