KIPP Texas Public Schools is excited to announce the launch of our new 2030 Strategic Multi-Year Plan, Committed to Excellence: Every School. Every KIPPster. Every Day. This plan will achieve academic excellence, fully enroll our schools, and create innovative opportunities for every KIPPster.
Why a Multi-Year Plan?
Strategic planning is in KIPP Texas’ DNA. It enables us to evaluate our progress, imagine the future, and chart a path toward shared success. Developed collaboratively with input from across our Team and Family, this plan sets the foundation for a thriving environment for all KIPPsters.
Following a period of significant change, this plan offers a clear way to measure our progress, make smart resource allocations, unify around common goals, and strengthen the solid foundation we’ve built.
Our journey toward excellence began with a bold vision: to become the highest-performing, large school system in Texas.
Our Three Priorities:
- Academic Excellence: We’re committed to a transformative, college-preparatory education for all. This means raising standards and providing every student, regardless of background, with the support to thrive.
- Fully Enrolled Schools: We’re determined to broaden our reach and community impact by ensuring fully enrolled schools. Our responsive enrollment strategy will guide us on this path.
- Innovating Schooling: We’re fostering a culture of innovation and school health, embracing technology to enhance learning in every classroom.
Our 2030 strategic plan, Committed to Excellence, isn’t just a roadmap; it’s a declaration. We’re reshaping education and empowering Texas communities. We believe that every child deserves access to a high-quality education that unlocks academic success, college readiness, and lifelong potential.
