With 18 years of experience in education, Ms. Husband brings a deep commitment to student success and a passion for serving families. She has held a variety of roles across Dallas ISD, South San ISD, San Antonio ISD, and Edgewood ISD—including high school science teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, associate principal, and principal at both the middle and high school levels. Her journey in education began as a substitute teacher in Lubbock, Texas, where she discovered her calling and entered the profession through an alternative certification program.
Ms. Husband is known for building strong relationships with students, families, and staff, and for creating safe, engaging learning environments where every student can thrive. She brings a clear vision for academic excellence, a strong sense of accountability, and a deep belief in the potential of every Aspire scholar. She is honored to serve this incredible community and looks forward to partnering with you to ensure your child is set up for success now and in the future.
