Brittany Ford brings over a decade of experience in Texas education, from math teacher and coach to academic dean and principal in residence. With a B.S. in Kinesiology, an M.S. in Health Education, and a doctoral pursuit in Curriculum and Instruction, Ms. Ford joined KIPP Academy West in 2019. She’s passionate about empowering students and educators to shine, inspired by the words, “As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”
