Meet Your School Leader
Adam Kutac graduated from the University of St. Thomas in 2007 with child psychology, creative writing, and philosophy degrees. He earned his Master’s in Educational Leadership from the same institution in 2010. Before joining KIPP, Mr. Kutac taught as a self-contained 3rd and 4th-grade teacher in a neighboring district. At KIPP SHARP College Prep, he taught various subjects and grade levels, earning recognition as a Kinder Teacher of Excellence. He then served as Dean of Instruction before founding KIPP CONNECT Primary School as Assistant Principal in 2014 and becoming School Principal in July 2015. Mr. Kutac is dedicated to empowering students toward academic success and college readiness.
