KIPP Nexus Middle

At KIPP NEXUS, joyful learning experiences are central to everything we do through our school values. We are committed to every student’s academic and character development for success in college and the competitive world beyond.

KIPP NEXUS is central to all KIPP Houston Public Schools athletic events and offers Little KIPPsters an opportunity to participate in basketball, volleyball, softball, soccer, and cheerleading.

KIPP NEXUS students receive a rigorous and balanced math, reading, science, and social studies curriculum to build reasoning, analysis, and problem-solving skills. Students have daily enrichment classes and physical education to promote creativity and emotional balance. Additionally, we offer STEM programs, which incorporate robotics and coding, French, and additional writing enrichment to existing courses that support our KIPPsters in growing their brains.

Our KIPPsters are offered after-school programming in dance and theater. Every year, KIPP NEXUS Middle School students can participate in a musical. Performances have included “The Lion King” and “High School Musical.” We also offer student government, yearbook, art, and gaming.
