Ms. Morris is a dedicated school leader with 15 years in education, including 13 with KIPP Public Schools and four as principal of KIPP SHINE. A lifelong dreamer of becoming a principal, she now leads with purpose, creating a joyful, high-expectations environment where every child is seen, challenged, and supported. Known for building strong teams and driving student and staff success, she is guided by her core values of faith, love, and trust—and remains committed to ensuring every student receives an excellent education.
