Student Records Requests

Thank you for contacting KIPP Texas Public Schools about student records.

Please visit Scribbles for all requests and electronic payment options. Requests will be processed on normal business days during regular school business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 am-4:00 pm). Please allow up to two business days for processing. 

If the request is pending beyond two business days, contact Maria.Vega@kipptexas.org for a status update. 

Please note the information below:

• Per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and District policy, student records are only released to the student or parent/guardian of a student under 18 years of age. If the student is 18 years of age or older, school records will not be released to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent and a copy of the student’s state identification.

• Per Texas State Education Agency Requirements, “Official” transcripts may not be issued directly to students or parents but may be sent directly to the college or institution.  Students may request and receive “Unofficial” transcripts.

• All requests will be checked for accuracy. Any inaccurate information may prevent your record from being processed. All communication regarding your order, payment, our progress, and the delivery of the documents will be sent via email.
