Tina DeValk spent the first 10 years at a traditional public high school where she held several leadership positions such as the Foreign Language Department Chair and District Leadership Intern. In 2011, Ms. DeValk accepted a position at KIPP University Prep High School as an Instructional Coach and in 2014, Ms. DeValk accepted the position as co-school leader. In 2019, Ms. DeValk became the Interim School Leader at KIPP Camino Academy. She holds a B.A. in Spanish and an M. Ed. in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
