Maritza Gonzalez serves as School Leader at KIPP Paseo Preparatory, bringing over 14 years of dedicated service in K-12 education and school leadership. Holding a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from Central Missouri University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Radio, TV, and Film Production from the University of Texas at Austin, Gonzalez specializes in coaching teachers and leaders in providing college level rigor in all classes and strives to create a positive, safe, and joyful environment. Grounded in the core conviction that every child deserves quality education, she leads with an unwavering commitment to equity, student achievement, and whole-child development. As a School Leader, Gonzalez works collaboratively with teachers, students, and families to cultivate a thriving learning environment where every student develops the skills, confidence, and character to succeed in college, career, and life.
