Dallas Teachers | $3,000 Signing Bonus for new teachers in core content areas Teachers must be hired between June 1 and July 25. |
*This incentive can be combined with the Austin and Dallas teacher signing bonuses. |
Each KIPP Texas region offers a competitive salary based on years of experience.
We offer additional stipends for teachers who join our organization with master’s degrees and certifications in high needs areas (Ex: Special Education).

The Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) is a provision in Texas House Bill 3 that gives school districts the opportunity to identify the top 30% of classroom teachers state-wide as “recognized,” “exemplary,” and “master”. Individual teachers who earn the state designation will earn thousands of additional dollars annually. KIPP Texas will be designating its first group of teachers in spring 2023.
